Now that Winter has set in it's time to clean up the gear make sure that your reels are serviced and the and get ready for the fish to arrive again or your next trip. As hard core fisherman we know there's never an offseason, only preparation. If you need your reels serviced please check your serial numbers, serial numbers less then SN#7000 will be serviced in our Tulsa Facility while SN#7000 and above will be serviced at one of our two Van Staal Authorized Service Centers. The Service Center Locations can be located by downloading the Product Return form that should accompany each reel and can be found under the Customer Service Tab on the Website.
